Pete Farrell
Company Director
Pete started part time sales whilst studying for a management degree in Sheffield.
Upon leaving Sheffield he progressed up the retail ladder with independent retailers until becoming the
youngest Manager of multiple stores for 'Storey Carpets'. Moving onto 'Carpet Right' Pete's role as
a manager was to troubleshoot underperforming stores.

Progressing into a regional operations manager for 'SCS' in 2012, he assisted in the roll out of flooring across the Yorkshire region, building a multi million pound addition to the sofa business. Pete was Responsible for 22 'SCS' stores and 3 'House Of Fraser' concession stores alongside 2 distribution centers.

my way and Tri flooring, sofas and beds was born.
The aim is for us to offer great products and excellent customer
service from an independent retailer that cares about the customers."

Dave Shaw
Retail Manager
David Shaw (Dave) is an experienced retail manager currently leading operations at Tri-Flooring Sofas and Beds. He began his career in flooring back in 2008 as a salesperson at Storey Carpet, where his dedication and skill quickly earned him a promotion to assistant manager. In 2012, Dave took on his first store manager role in Leeds, marking the beginning of a strong leadership journey in retail.

Over the years, he broadened his experience working with various retailers, including The Range. In 2019, Dave reconnected with Peter Farrell to co-manage and grow Tri-Flooring Sofas and Beds, bringing his hands-on expertise and customer-focused approach to the forefront of the business.
